Consistentea in Paris
Nina Moyo and Dom Cole from Consistentea in Paris at Miyabi Matcha June ‘26
For this collaboration, Consistentea partnered with Miyabi Matcha, famous for pioneering the first authentic Japanese matcha crêpes in Paris, and Best Bread Boba, a Japanese shokupan bread house connecting cultures, people, and stories. Miyabi Matcha has become a viral sensation for its authentic Japanese crêpes and drinks, and Consistentea teamed up with them to bridge the gap between French café culture and premium wellness.
"As a French, Cameroonian, and now American woman, I love that Miyabi Matcha brought such a traditional craft from Japan all the way to Paris," says Nina Moyo, founder of Consistentea. "That mix of cultures resonated deeply with what we're building at Consistentea."
Best Bread Boba, known for its shokupan (the soft, pillowy Japanese milk bread baked fresh throughout the day), has built its name on the same principle Consistentea was founded on: that something made with care and consistency can carry a culture forward without ever needing to explain itself. Each warm slice, shared in line, became its own small conversation starter, and paired naturally with a cup of tea in a way that felt more like a shared meal than a pop-up. It was proof that shokupan, matcha, and a herbal blend from Miami could meet on a Paris street corner and feel like they'd always known each other.
Miyabi and Consistentea even created a custom drink together for the occasion: the Still, I Rise blend, poured over ice, and the guests loved it.
For Consistentea, the collaboration extends a simple idea. "We wanted to create a fusion of something creative and inspiring," says Dom Cole. "Food and beverage are more than something to be consumed; they can inspire us through design and immersive taste pairings." The pop-up was conceived as exactly that: an invitation to taste differently.
One cup. One morning. One more day.
